About AA Vietnam

AA is an auditing and consulting organization operating in Vietnam since 2001. With more than 20 years of operation, AA has served thousands of clients and issued thousands of high-quality reports on financial statement auditing, investment capital settlement auditing, enterprise valuation, listing consultancy and other consulting reports.

AA operates throughout Vietnam with headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City and a branch in Da Nang.

AA is approved by the State Securities Commission to audit and provide listing consultancy for listed organizations, credit institutions, issuing organizations, and securities trading organizations.

American Auditing (AA) is selected by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam, the State Capital Investment Corporation, and State-owned corporations to audit financial statements, audit investment capital settlement, determine enterprise value, and provide listing consultancy.

Starting from fiscal year 2004, according to the provisions of Decree 105/2004/ND-CP dated March 30, 2004 of the Government on independent auditing, most enterprises operating in Vietnam are encouraged to audit or are required to audit their annual financial statements as well as the final settlement reports of completed construction works;

As an independent auditing company operating under the Law on Enterprises and professionally managed by the Ministry of Finance in Vietnam, we would like to express our wish to be the unit providing the annual financial statement auditing service, the final settlement audit service of completed construction investment capital and related consulting services for your company.

A professional staff of more than 150 employees, including 50 National Auditors approved by the Ministry of Finance to practice, with experience, working methods according to Standards and flexibility, along with the support of international auditing software – AA AIS (AA – International Audit System) will help American Auditing (AA) provide services with high efficiency.
